s*ngs ab-ut g?d Curriculum & Educator Training
We need to talk about g?d. And about how we talk, and don’t talk, about g?d. It’s a big topic, maybe the biggest.
The s*ngs ab-ut g?d curriculum is for educators who are ready to hold space for the conversations we often avoid about the divine.
Developed by Eliana Light, this curriculum is the culmination of five years of supporting people in their wrestling with g?d.
This offering invites adult learners into compassionate inquiry, deepening their relationship to Jewish text through collective exploration. Using the album s*ngs ab-ut g?d as a starting point, the curriculum blends music, Hebrew text study, and open-ended questions to help participants examine their own connections to the divine.
In this training, educators will learn how to facilitate the curriculum and explore their own relationship to g?d. It equips facilitators with the skills, language, and confidence to guide others through this journey. Together we’ll experience key lessons from the curriculum, dive into sample texts, and reflect on what it means to be an educator who shows up without all the answers.
As the first cohort, we’re excited to hear from you as we improve and build upon this curriculum and training.
This training includes:
- access to the s*ngs ab-ut g?d curriculum, a 10 week curriculum for adult learners
- 5 synchronous zoom trainings (recordings available)
- invitation to monthly office hours with Eliana for at least a year
This is sacred work. It’s not about getting it right. It’s about showing up with curiosity, humility, and a willingness to join the long lineage of Jews who wrestle with g?d.
